Consultative Meeting on 2024/2025 Ministry Performance Contract
The Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport, Mr. Davis Chirchir this morning chaired a consultative meeting with Heads of Departments (HODs) and CEOs of State Agencies under the Ministry. The meeting focused on the vetted Ministry Performance Contract (PC) for the Financial Year 2024/2025 and aimed to align performance objectives with national priorities.
The meeting was attended by Principal Secretaries Eng. Joseph Mbugua (Roads) and Mohamed Daghar (Transport), who led Heads of Departments and CEOs of state agencies from their respective State Departments. Their presence underscored the collaborative effort needed to achieve the Performance Contract's objectives.
Attendees discussed specific commitments outlined in the Ministry Performance Contract for FY 2024/2025, ensuring the Ministry and its agencies align their objectives and performance indicators. The meeting reviewed the significant milestones reached during FY 2022/2023 and 2023/2024, highlighting the progress achieved and challenges experienced. Officials also identified key high-impact commitments for the upcoming financial year, which will be featured in the Government Delivery Service (GDS) Bulletin.
