Ministerial Performance Contracts

During the 2022 campaigns, we promised to effect sweeping reforms in different sectors of the economy with the aim of improving Kenya's standing in the global market and bettering the lives of Kenyans through the Bottom Up Economic Transformation Agenda.

In our journey to fulfilling these promises, together with my colleague CSs and PSs from different Ministries, we signed 2023/2024 Ministerial Performance Contracts at State House, Nairobi.

The signing of the contracts signifies utmost commitment by the Government to the delivery of the progressive agenda as set out in the Kenya Kwanza Manifesto. 

On behalf of my team in the Ministry of Roads and Transport we shall do everything possible to ensure that we achieve our targets and satisfy the expectations of the people of Kenya.
