Kigali Convention Center and BK Arena.

I held a consultative meeting with  Dr.  Ernest Nsabimana Rwanda's Minister of Infrastructure on the sideline of the Northern Corridor Council of Ministers meeting,  in Kigali.  
We both appreciated the long-standing close relationship between the two countries which has given rise to mutually beneficial partnerships and cooperation in many sectors including roads and transport.
Our discussions centered on strengthening and deepening collaborations in various sectors especially enhancing services at the Port of Mombasa and utilization of the Naivasha Inland Container Depot to better transportation of goods along the Corridor.  
Further, we explored sustainable social and economic modes of financing in the transport network as well as  sharing of knowledge to promote safe environment for motorised and Non-motorised transport systems  in  Nairobi and Kigali.
I later took a tour round the city of Kigali and witnessed the transformation that has been achieved through proper planning and construction plus public discipline in its use. Visited Kigali Convention Center and BK Arena.
